Preventative Maintenance Program


C&H Asphalt Maintenance is proud to present the first ever Preventative Maintenance Program. This program is designed to take the worry out of asphalt. Who wants the constant hassle of getting two or three bids, and having to go through the circus of getting W-9s and Insurance? With C&H we can eliminate all that.

The Preventative Maintenance Program is simple, after providing you the customer with one of our many services. We merely suggest that you give us the ok to walk your lot or driveway once a quarter, checking for any cracks or failing asphalt. If we discover any we simply correct the issue and invoice you at a significant discount. The only catch if there is one, is that we would ask that you commit three (3) years minimum to this program. This eliminates having to get another bid for work that we would do under the terms of this program and having to have to ask for W-9s and Insurance all over again.

In closing, we hope that you would take full advantage of this exciting and new program, There’s no money down to get started, and all we ask is you give us a chance to prevent any liability at your property. It will not only save you money but it will keep your asphalt looking good for times to come.

Terms and conditions:

The person accepting this agreement represents the owner of the premises or own the property. It is understood that all invoices will be paid fifteen days (15) following work. If the balance shown on any invoice is not paid when agreed upon, a late payment charge, not a finance charge, shall be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month to the account on the prior unpaid balances. If compensation is not made when agreed upon, C&H Asphalt Maintenance shall be enabled to recover any and all costs of such action, including reasonable attorney fees.
